Duplicate Detection for Adding New Customers in Sales Portal

Currently if a Sales Rep is entering a new customer and subscription in PeakCommerce, it does not block them from adding the new account whose email address already exists in our IdP.  

Customers have requested a fool-proof way to prevent their reps from adding duplicate accounts in PeakCommerce when they didn’t go through the standard procedure of originating in Salesforce first.
