"How You Heard About Us" - Custom Field for Sales Reps When Signing Up New Customers

Customers have requested the ability to add a custom field to choose a value for how the client heard about that product as it pertains to the Sales Rep role / function while In-App PeakCommerce.

This could be added on the confirmation page or some other page that would be intuitive to the sales rep.
