"We currently provide our Partner Channel with what we call “Partner Scorecards” which are essentially dashboards showing various data points
For example:
- Open AR by delinquency buckets (1-30, 31-60, 61+)
- Total ARR and non-ARR for previous month, current month, upcoming month in available renewal
- YTD ARR and how are they trending percent to last year Revenue and Tier attained.
- Months # of deals, # of clients, # of seats,
- New versus Renewal
We would like to explore making these dashboards available to them in their Partner Portal. This would make it all accessible in one place and prevent our teams having to produce these Scorecards on a monthly basis."
