Is there was a way to track emails that get sent out of Zuora in the correlating SalesForce Account?
Could this be done using Zuora's built in triggers for the callout on the same notification?
A customer has requested to see the Zuora email communications in SalesForce as well is for the Sales Reps to know when/if the customer received the notifications so they can personally follow up to it as well, whether it be an invoice, past due notice, Renewal Notice, etc.
